Azentro’s timing couldn’t have been better, we had a crippled phone system and a failed communications project to replace this equipment before we met Azentro.
In a little over two months, Azentro replaced our phone system, integrated it to systems so we could realise screen pops and automated bookings in our contact centre and then put our new Mitel system in IBM SoftLayer so we no longer have to worry about a single point of failure.
